Yesterday, the York Region Department of Health Inspector gave us the green light to announce that the pool is open!! The picture shows the first people to jump into the pool this year. But the water was cold. While the sun is shining on the solar heaters, it is a slow process. So we will be giving them a bit of a boost with the propane heater in time for the weekend. This afternoon, the York Region Department of Health Inspector has given us the green light to announce that the pool is open!! Since we’ve been heating it all week, the water is at a very comfortable 29ºC (84ºF). And with the sun finally shining on the solar collectors, expect that to keep climbing!
