When our new gate system was installed in 2016, it was supposed to prevent people from letting others in. In other words, nobody supposed to be able to open the front gate unless they had previously left. This is important in order for us to maintain control of who is on the property – all guests and visitors must be registered with the office. However, we have discovered that a configuration error allowed some people to open the gate more than once. That issue has now been corrected.
