The Olympic Torch Relay will be passing near Bare Oaks Family Naturist Park on Friday December 18th. Of course, they won’t be nude like the Greek athletes were in the original olympics. Given the weather right now, that’s probably a good idea. The torch will be coming up Yonge Street in Aurora in the morning. It will enter Newmarket around 10:30 a.m. There will be a special stop/celebration in Newmarket on Friday around 11 a.m. at the new community centre in Newmarket.
