Members’ Meeting
All members are invited to come and get an update on what’s happening at Bare Oaks Family Naturist Park and ask questions. Don’t rely on the rumour mill. Get the facts directly from the source. This year we’re making it a lunch-time meeting so we’ll have food and drink available. (Yes, there is such a thing as a free lunch!)
In order to maintain order, Heather will moderate the meeting questions and answers. Ken had suggested this (and volunteered to do it) but could not attend. It’s a great suggestion and Heather has volunteered to be the moderator.
The new social committee (see below) will also be making a presentation.

Social Committee
A group of members have volunteered to form a social committee in order to coordinate the many events and to support those who want to host an event. They have written up a charter and are looking for submissions and volunteers to run events. Other than getting staff support, these activities and festivities are independent. They are events by members for members! (and visitors of course)
The committee has grand plans for events every weekend and based on the preliminary list, they will likely exceed that!!
